A visual study of food, colour & texture Food photography is about more than documenting a dish. It’s about capturing the character, atmosphere and craftsmanship behind it.This series explores two different approaches to presenting food: the warmth and energy of a dish photographed in the pan, and the precision of a carefully composed plated creation.I focused on natural-looking textures, vibrant colours, controlled lighting and clean composition, creating images that make the food feel tangible and inviting.The first photograph captures a more spontaneous, atmospheric moment — a dish full of colour, texture and movement.The second takes a more refined editorial approach, using the geometry of the plate and delicate garnishes to create a clean, contemporary composition.My goal as a food photographer is to create imagery that doesn't simply show what a dish looks like, but communicates how it feels to experience it.
